How to Add a Downloadable PDF
To add a PDF to your site, upload it like you would any other image. Then, after it uploads, click the File URL button (you’ll need to scroll down a little to see this). Copy the URL of your uploaded document. Then return to your main text editor. Highlight the word/words you want to link the PDF to. Click the link icon just above the text-editing window. Paste the URL of your uploaded document in the URL box. Click Insert.
Another option is to take a screenshot of the PDF or use another image entirely and hyperlink that image to your PDF's URL. To do so, upload your image or images to your story and then click on them to get to the edit-image page. Change the 'Link To' action to Custom URL. Once you do that, paste the URL to your PDF and click Update. Your image should now redirect to the PDF rather than opening up in an overlay.
Please submit a support ticket if your PDF is larger than 15 MB, as it will need to be uploaded via FTP.
