Uploading your Audio
You need to use a third-party audio hosting service to store and serve your audio or podcast. These services are built specifically for serving high quality audio, and some of them are free. Start by creating an account and uploading audio to an audio-hosting site.

Copying the Embed Code of your Audio/Video
After you have uploaded your audio to an online audio service, locate and copy the embed code for the service’s audio player. Each provider will have code that looks slightly different. Here’s an example of Soundcloud embed code:
<iframe width="100%" height="450" scrolling="no" frameborder="no" src="https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https%3A//api.soundcloud.com/tracks/194674830&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true"></iframe>
Adding Audio to a Story
- While adding/editing a story, scroll down to the Video Embed Code field.
- Paste the Embed code for your audio in that field, like you would for a video.

Adding Audio to a Story In-Line

- Switch to the TEXT tab (most editing is done in the Visual editor).
- Paste the Embed code for your audio on the new line.
- Toggle back to the Visual Editor tab to see the audio embed in action
- Click Update/Publish and go to view the story to see how your story page looks.

- Navigate to your widget control panel (Appearance --> Widgets).
- Drag a SNO Story List widget to a widget area and save.
- Select your Podcast category from the widget, change the Media type from Photo to Video, customize the widget options, and click save.
- This is a great option if you are creating many episodes. Each new podcast story you create will show up in this widget automatically.
Adding Audio to a Stand-Alone Widget
- Navigate to your widget control panel (Appearance --> Widgets).
- Drag a SNO Embed Code widget to a widget area and save.
- Paste your audio embed code into the text box, customize your widget, and click save.
