There are several options for users to receive notifications in FLOW. Read about each option below.
FLOW Dashboard
Upon logging into FLOW, users are brought to their Dashboard, where they can view anything that is relevant to them as a user (things assigned to them, assignments sent to them for editing, available assignments, etc.). This is a great area to check for any notifications.
Bell Icon
Users can also click on the bell icon in the upper-right corner when logged into FLOW to view notifications. This will include any stories they are assigned to or any assignments that have been sent to them for review.
Email Notifications
Users can opt to turn on email notifications to receive emails when assignments are assigned or submitted to them. To turn email notifications on, click on the User icon, click on the desired User account, and toggle on the "Email Notifications" setting.
FLOW App
Lastly, users can download our free SNO FLOW app (available in both the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store). Once they've downloaded the app, there are different in-app push notifications they can turn on. To adjust app notification preferences, click on the User icon, click on the desired User account, and toggle on the desired notifications.
