*If you aren’t receiving email notifications
First, make sure that you don't have many unread form entries. If you have more than 10 unread form entries, SNO will no longer process notification emails for your form submissions because of the likelihood that they are spam. If this is the case, you will see a notification (screenshot below) informing you at the top of Stories tab, among other places, on the back-end of your site. Read, mark entries as read, or delete unread entries to get your Form notifications working again.
Sometimes we’ve found that you won’t receive notification emails in your site’s inbox when a visitor fills out a new form because the notification email uses your domain name. To correct this simply change your notification email address to a non-domain email. Have the notifications send to a separate Gmail or Yahoo account instead of your “name@yourdomain.com” email.
- Click “Forms” on the left side of the page, then click the title of the form that is having an issue.
- Hover over “Form Settings”, then click “Notifications”.
- Click “Admin Notification”, then change the “Send to Email” to a non-domain email.
